Following a soldout event in August, Hotel Sorrento has announced the second iteration of their highly-anticipated chef series.
An absolute feast for the senses, this six-course culinary odyssey will feature the region's finest local produce, prepared and served by some of Australia's most renowned chefs.
Guests will be treated to a set menu created by Shane Delia (Maha Restaurants), Matt Wilkinson (Montalto), Justine Schofield (Everyday Gourmet), Paul Wilson (Chef and Cookbook Author) and Daniel Dobra (Market Bistro). Special guest Sam Gordon (Ceramic Designer and Potter) will also be crafting bespoke ceramic pieces for the day.
From Justine Schofield’s divine onion tart to Shane Delia's Middle Eastern take on a baklava tiramisu, each dish will be a masterful celebration of Mornington Peninsula produce.
You’ll also be able to get up close and personal with the chefs as they share fascinating tidbits about their dishes and give a behind-the-scenes look into their incredible careers.
Bookings are essential, with reservations available via the website. For every ticket purchased, $10 will be donated to Bowel Cancer Australia, allowing you to enjoy a top-notch culinary experience while supporting a worthy cause.
