The Cambium – a luxe new retreat in Red Hill – is partnering with esteemed ex-restaurateur and author Teresa Oates and respected food educator Carolina D’angelo to present an immersive Italian Sausage Making Masterclass.
During this hands-on experience, participants will be guided through the process and techniques to master the art of making fresh sausage.
The 3-hour Masterclass will include:
-Introduction including coffee & handmade biscotti on arrival
-Fully instructive, hands-on course making fresh Italian sausages
-Take home pack of your sausages and recipes
-Demonstration of related recipes, eg. Sugo made from the remnant pork bones
-Spuntino shared lunch - Including pasta, antipasto platter and glass of wine to finish
