This June long weekend, Mornington Peninsula Wine invites you to their annual Winter Wine Weekend, a four-day festival celebrating the best growers, producers and winemakers in the region.
The festivities begin with The Winemaker’s Truffle Dinner, featuring 13 wineries (including Paringa Estate, Montalto, Stonier, Quealy Wine, Main Ridge Estate, Crittenden Wines, Ocean Eight, Handpicked Wines, Rahona Valley, Red Hill Estate, Tar & Roses and Yabby Lake) and a three-course truffle-infused menu.
On Saturday,The Winter Wine Festival will be held at the Red Hill Showgrounds, with 41 wineries pouring their new vintages and special releases. Attendees will enjoy wine tastings and receive RIEDELsouvenir glass to take home. There's also the option to partake in a seated long-table, farmhouse lunch, or head to the The Village Green for snacks from Long Paddock Raclette Bar, Red Gum BBQ, Alatonero and Pinchy’s Lobster Bar.
The celebration extends through Sunday and Monday with cellar door and winery restaurant events and activations.
